Brownie Nut Cake

1. Heat the unsalted butter until the butter is completely melted

2. Take out the sieved cocoa powder and stir evenly. Then add the caster sugar and mix well

3. Add eggs in batches and mix well, mix flour + vanilla extract (powder) + salt and sift into method 2, use a rubber spatula to cut and mix gently

4. Method 3, then stir in the crushed nuts. (Slightly mix well, don't over-stir)
5. Pour the batter into the non-stick model, and flatten the surface with a spatula. (If the model is sticky, you must apply oil on the surface of the mold in advance + sprinkle an appropriate amount of low powder)
6. Put in the preheated 180℃ and bake for 25~30 minutes. When baking for about 20 minutes, check whether the surface of the brownie is crisp and hard, and bake it until the toothpick is inserted in the middle of the cake.
