Bubble Shrimp (fish)

Wash the fish with all seasonings except the seasoning oil and marinate for more than 10 minutes. It is best to use bighead and plaice heads. I don’t buy them in the market, so I use hairtail to make a taste~

Put the marinated fish on the tin foil, put green onions and ginger, and drizzle some seasoning oil (no salad oil)

Fold the tin foil more than three folds

Put the tin foil bag on the iron plate and heat it on medium heat until the paper bag expands and turns to a low heat, and the fish is ready for 8 minutes

Serve, cut out the bubbles and eat~

Shrimp open back and remove the shrimp line with all seasonings except seasoning oil to marinate for more than 10 minutes
