Buckwheat Bowl Holder
1.
Ingredients: Soba noodles, salt
2.
Add salt to the soba noodles and mix well, add water and stir in one direction
3.

4.
Pour the set buckwheat batter into a shallow dish (150g buckwheat flour can make 2 servings)
5.
Put it in the steamer, steam on medium heat for 20 minutes
6.
Take out the steamed bowl holder and let it cool naturally.
7.
After letting cool, buckle out and cut into diamond-shaped pieces.
8.
Prepare some side dishes. Cut the cucumber into pieces, and cut the small hot pepper into small circles.
9.
Garlic pressed into garlic paste
10.
Add a little salt, light soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, sesame oil to the sesame sauce, and then add boiled water a little bit to make it smooth.
11.
Put the cut bowl holder, cucumber, hot pepper rings, sesame sauce and minced garlic into a bowl together, and mix well when eating.
12.
If you like it spicy, add 1 tablespoon of chili oil at the end.
Tips:
The buckwheat batter should be placed in a relatively shallow container, not too thick, it will not be easy to cook if it is too thick.
Brush a layer of cooking oil in the bowl, the steamed buckwheat bowl will be easier to come out of the bowl.
People with deficiency of the spleen and stomach should not eat too much.
