Buckwheat Cold Noodles

Various materials are available for use.

Shred cucumber, slice tomatoes, slice ham, and cut boiled egg in half.

Put water in a pot and add soba noodles to cook.

Drain the soba noodles into the water and let it cool.

Tips:
Soba noodles can be added to ice water after they are too cold to taste even better.
