To coax the baby~~Children wake up from a nap and have a sweet fruit, which is very satisfying~~
I still used purple sweet potato filling to make the rest of the snowy mooncakes, which the kids love to eat~"

Bunny Burning Fruit

1. Add the egg yolk to the condensed milk and mix well.

2. Sift the low-flour and baking powder mixture into the condensed egg yolk, knead it into a dough with your hands, and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

3. Take out the refrigerated dough, divide into 6 small doses, 20g each, and round.

4. Divide the purple sweet potato filling into 15g pieces and round them. (For purple sweet potato filling, please refer to the method in the previous snowy moon cake)

5. Take a small dough, press it flat (preferably the middle is slightly thicker than the edges, because you need to cut the ears), and put a purple potato filling.

6. Tighten it with a tiger's mouth and knead it into a slightly pointed oval.

7. Use scissors to cut out the ears of the bunny, not the purple potato filling.

8. Preheat the oven, middle level, upper and lower fire, 165 degrees, about 20 minutes. Take out and draw the bunny's eyes and mouth with chocolate sauce.

Tips:

After the flour and condensed milk are mixed, it will be sticky, so put it in the refrigerator for a while.
Pay attention to observation when baking, the surface of the rabbit will be colored quickly, don't burn it.
