Prepare the ingredients and leave the sugar alone. My kids and I prefer sweet buns, so sugar is added, but only 20 grams is not very sweet. If you like sweet, you can double the amount of sugar.

Tips:
1. This summer is very hot, so the noodles are posted relatively quickly. Cover the dough that is not in use temporarily with plastic wrap to prevent it from drying out.
2. The red beans are used for decoration. Remove them when you eat them. They are not cooked.
