Prepare ingredients.

Pour the milk and eggs into the breadcrumbs and stir evenly to soak for later use.

Chop half of the onion and set aside.

Put the minced beef and minced pork in a cooking bowl and mix.

Add the bread crumbs soaked in milk and egg to the beef and pork mixing bowl, white onion, mayonnaise, black pepper, and nutmeg powder and mix well in one direction.

Dip your hands in some oil and knead the mixed minced meat into a ball.

Then lightly press it into a pie.

Sprinkle a little flour on the surface of the meatloaf.

Pour the cooking oil in the pan and turn on medium heat.

Put in the meatloaf.

Fry for 4 minutes and turn over.

Cover the lid and fry on low heat for about 10 minutes.
