1. Thoroughly clean the inside and out of the large intestine

2. Then add water to the pot, add ginger and rice wine to blanch water

3. Take out the blanched large intestine.

5. Pour the boiled meat into the pot and put in the blanched large intestine

6. After the high heat is boiled, turn to low heat and cook for 30 minutes to cook the large intestines thoroughly.

7. Cut the cooked large intestine into sections

8. Put a small amount of oil in the pan to fry fragrant minced ginger and chili

9. Put in the intestines and stir fry on high heat until the surface changes color

10. Cooking rice wine

11. Add salt and braised soy sauce

12. Continue to stir fry for about half a minute

13. Cut green garlic into sections

14. Add a little sugar at the end

15. Stir evenly to get out of the pot.
