Burning Cauliflower

Wash the cauliflower.
2.
Cut into pieces.
3.
Slice the pork belly, stir-fry the oil in the pan, add minced garlic and chili and fry until fragrant.
4.
Stir fry the cauliflower until it becomes soft.
5.
Add a little water and simmer for a few minutes.
6.
Add salt and light soy sauce to taste.
7.
Plate.
