Burnt Belly Strips

Ingredients: Cooked pork belly.

Cut the pork belly into strips.
3.
Heat oil, add garlic cloves and fry until fragrant.

Remove and set aside.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot. Stir-fry chives and ginger, add celery and stir fry.

Put in the belly.
7.
Boom the fire and cook a little cooking wine.

Season with salt.

Stir fry evenly.

Add spare cooked garlic, stir well and turn off the heat.

Put it out of the pot and serve on the table.
Tips:
1. Celery is added temporarily and can be left alone.
2. Garlic does not need to be fried, it can be fried.
