Butter Cookies

Add an amount of egg liquid, put in butter at room temperature, cut into small pieces, and beat it with an electric whisk.

After the butter has been beaten, add sugar, stir it, and beat it again to avoid splashing sugar when whisking.

Beat until the butter color is light yellow, add another egg liquid.

Continue to beat until the butter is smooth and creamy.
