Butter Cookies🍪

Preparation materials: ❁ 140g butter is softened at room temperature ❁ 200g low-powder sieved ❁ 90g white sugar blender beats into sugar ❁ 1 egg beats into a whole egg liquid

Add powdered sugar to softened butter and whisk at low speed (whisker is on 1-2 gears). The color is light yellow and fluffy.

Add the whole egg liquid in 2-4 times, each time with a whisk at low speed until fully integrated (the whisk is on 1-2 gears)

Add salt and stir evenly to get a paste of butter, sugar, egg and salt (๑˃̵ᴗ˂̵)و

Add the sieved low powder to the batter from the previous step and mix well with the biscuit batter to complete

Forming & Baking: ❁ Cookie gun + cookie silicone mat forming ❁ Baking at 160 degrees Celsius in the middle of the oven, preheating and baking for 15 minutes

❁ Baking time varies slightly depending on the oven
Pay attention to the color of the biscuits after 15 minutes❁ Bake until darker and more crunchy
