Butter Cookies

The powdered sugar is sifted and beaten with a manual whisk together with large butter, white oil and salt. During the dispensing process, the machine should be shut down and the tank should be cleaned frequently.

The whole egg liquid and the egg yolk together, after beating, add in three times and mix well

Add the sifted high-gluten flour and milk powder, and mix well to form a batter

Put the batter into the piping bag
5.
Squeeze the batter into the baking pan
6.
Put the baking tray into the oven, and bake at 200/150 for 10 minutes
Tips:
Don't forget the preparations for making cookies. Preheat the oven, soften the butter (press the butter with your fingers to form fingerprints), and sift all the flour.
