Butter-free Cake

Four egg yolks (about 100g) (here with four egg yolks 100g as the unit mass) add edible oil whose mass is half the egg yolk, and sugar whose mass is half the egg yolk (sugar is sufficient)

Sift in the flour with the same quality as the egg yolk, pour in the remaining egg whites and sugar, and milk with half the quality of the egg yolk, and stir until no sugar particles are felt.

Add 2g salt and 3g baking powder (optional) and stir well. Stir until there is almost no batter on the whisk.

Add some dried fruits or dried fruits and mix well.

Fire up and down at 180℃, heat up the oven for 10 minutes

The temperature remains the same, and bake for about 30 minutes. (Bake until the chopsticks are inserted and the raw batter cannot be brought out.)
