Butterfly Cod
1.
Ingredients: 1 cod, appropriate amount of green onions and ginger.
2.
Ingredients and seasonings: cooking wine, steamed fish soy sauce, green and red peppers, carrots, appropriate amount of coriander, one okra, edible oil.
3.
Clean and wash the cod. Use scissors to cut along the middle of the belly and then cut a few perpendicularly to the back. Don't cut it short. The back should be connected, so that it looks like a butterfly.
4.
When the fish is placed on a plate, shred green onion and ginger and sprinkle it on the fish. The fish is too big and 40 cm long, and the pot is not big enough, so it has to be cut off. If your family’s pot is big and the fish is small, you don’t need to cut it. The effect will be better.
5.
Put it in a pot and boil for 10 minutes, then steam it for 5 minutes.
6.
Steam the fish to arrange the seasonings and ingredients. Cut okra and green and red peppers into thin slices, cut carrots and coriander, and peel and wash the garlic.
7.
Smash the garlic into garlic paste.
8.
Steamed fish head and tail.
9.
Steamed fish body.
10.
Put it carefully and put it in a butterfly shape on the plate. The fish has no choice but to peel off the green onion and ginger.
11.
Preheat the wok, add edible oil at low temperature, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
12.
Add other ingredients and stir fry evenly.
13.
Add steamed fish soy sauce.
14.
Stir evenly to make the sauce.
15.
The sauce is poured on the fish.
16.
The fish section is decorated with slices of green and red pepper and okra.
17.
The finished product is served on the table, the meat is fresh and tender, the shape is beautiful, and it looks like a butterfly.
