Butterfly Pea Flower Sticky Rice

Thai glutinous rice 125g (this time I used an electronic scale to weigh it)

The boiled butterfly pea flower water (about 150ml) and 65g of Thai glutinous rice are also cooked in an electric pressure cooker.

Cut the cake cups to a height of about 5cm, brush the inner wall with olive oil to prevent sticking, scoop in the prepared glutinous rice, and press it into shape with a spoon. Demoulding and loading. Cut a few more cake cups, and put the three colors of glutinous rice into molds separately.

Tips:
1. Thai glutinous rice is easy to cook and soft, so I like it better. It can also be made with other glutinous rice. The amount of water depends on the draught of glutinous rice. The amount here is for reference only. The amount of ingredients in the recipe is 6 sticky rice, 2 in each of the three colors. In addition, the butterfly pea flower water is about 20ml at the end.
2. It is not advisable to make light blue glutinous rice with butterfly pea flower water too much. If there is more glutinous rice, it will become thin and difficult to form. Add and mix as much as you want to see if the color is what you want.
3. Cut the cake cup into the mold size you want. If there are other ready-made molds, they can also be used.
4. Brush the inner wall of the paper cup with a layer of olive oil anti-sticking cup to facilitate demoulding.
5. The spoon is soaked in water to prevent sticking when pressing. The white glutinous rice is dipped in pure water with a spoon, and the blue glutinous rice is dipped in butterfly pea water. If the butterfly pea flower water just runs out, you can also dip it in pure water.
