Quanzhou Roasted Pork Brown

Soak glutinous rice in water for 3 hours.

Soak dried shrimps, dried oysters, shiitake mushrooms and scallops in boiling water.

Slice the pork belly and set aside, add oil to the pan, add rock sugar, let it bubble, add the pork belly, stir fry the ribs to evenly color, add an appropriate amount of star anise, bay leaves, cinnamon, soy sauce, stir fry for a while, add appropriate amount of rice wine and seasoning.
