Butterfly Steamed Dumplings

First add boiling water to the flour, stir it with chopsticks, and then mix the noodles when your hands are warm.

After kneading it into a dough, place it in a basin, cover it and let it stand for about 40 minutes.

Take out the dough and knead it smoothly, cut a hole from there, and knead the dough into a ring as shown in the figure.

Separate the ring, start to knead from the middle to the sides with your hands, knead it into a long strip of uniform thickness,

Use your hands to squeeze into a dough of the same size and sprinkle with dry flour to prevent sticking.

First press the dough into a round cake, and then use a rolling pin to roll it into a disc,

As shown in the picture, turn the dumpling wrapper upside down and fold it,

Turn it over again and wrap the dumpling filling in the middle,

Flip the tip to the arc side and pinch it tightly with the straight side,

The arc edge is pinched together with the tip as shown in the figure,

As shown in the picture, pinch the edges together into a pleated lace with your hands, and then open the turned part to form a beautiful butterfly.

Put it on the pot and steam it on high heat, about 15 minutes after boiling,

Out of the pot.
