An extremely delicious, simple and nutritious soup. Recently, I have been drinking a lot of white wine, and eat some light ones. The old pumpkin soup is very good, warm in nature and sweet in taste.

Old Pumpkin Soup

1. Wash the pumpkin, peel and remove the seeds.

2. Cut into pieces, according to your preference, you can either large or small pieces, if small pieces are cooked at the end, they will fall apart.

3. Put it into the soup pot, add water, the water comes according to your needs.

4. Boil water on fire

5. Turn to low heat after opening and simmer.

6. When you see that the pumpkin is soft, poke it with chopsticks, turn off the heat if you can. cool down.

Tips:

No oil, salt and other auxiliary materials are added to this soup. And cold pumpkin soup is sweet. A very delicious and nutritious soup.
