Button Biscuits

Add sugar to the softened butter, beat with a whisk until the sugar melts and the butter turns white;

Add the egg yolk and beat until the egg yolk and butter are fully integrated;

Sift in low flour and baking powder, stir evenly, and form a dough, cover with plastic wrap and wake up for 20 minutes;

Roll out the dough into a thin slice about 3mm thick, use a large cookie spout to make a circle, and then use a small cookie spout to make a small circle in the pressed large circle;

Use a fork to evenly insert 4 holes in the middle of the two circles, and use a scraper to move it to the non-stick baking pan;
6.
Put it in the Dongling oven, select 1 (DIY function), about 140 degrees for 20 minutes, please refer to your own oven for the specific time and temperature.
Tips:
1. If there is no cookie spout, you can also use two caps, one large and one small, to assist in shaping;
2. The flour can be sifted in twice, cut and mix evenly.
