Cabbage Buns

The pumpkin is steamed and mashed, then kneaded with yeast powder and flour to form a smooth dough for proofing. Make the spinach juice, use the same method to make a green dough, add yeast powder directly to the dough.

Take the green dough and roll it into two pieces of the same size, take a piece of the yellow dough and knead it into a ball

Roll the white dough into thin strips and stick it on the green dough, as shown in the picture

Use a rolling pin to flatten it out,

Then put the side with no white lines inside and wrap half of the yellow dough

Then wrap the other half with another piece of dough
7.
Do the other the same steps
8.
Put it on the pot and steam for 15 minutes, then cover the pot for another minute
Tips:
The size of the green noodles can be adjusted freely.
