Cabbage Dumplings

The spinach is boiled, add a little water and break it with a food processor

Strain out the spinach juice for later use

Add 200 grams of flour to the spinach juice slowly and stir into a flocculent

And into a smooth green dough

Another 200 grams of flour is added to about 100 grams of water to form a smooth white dough

Knead the two doughs separately into long strips

Roll out the green strip and wrap it in the white strip

Cut into the same size agent (if there is an uncoated part on both ends, cut it off)
