Cabbage Egg Vermicelli Soup

Soak the vermicelli in warm water to soften

Wash the cabbage leaves and break them into two pieces by hand

Pour the egg liquid into the pan and fry until it is cooked.

Add water to the pot and boil (add water directly to the pan with fried eggs)

Add cabbage leaves

Put the soaked vermicelli into the pot
7.
Put in the fried eggs

After boiling, sprinkle with chopped green onion and add a little salt to taste
