Cabbage Heart with Sesame Sauce

First remove the outer leaves of the cabbage, leaving the tenderest heart in the middle

Tips:
The cabbage heart must be eaten freshly mixed, otherwise the soup will come out after being mixed, and the taste will not be crispy.
