It is said that they are pancakes, but there is not much flour. Cabbage has an absolute advantage. The flour and egg only connect the vegetables, not loose.
I was worried that such a small amount of noodles would not make the cabbage become a whole, but I didn't expect that I really underestimated the noodles.
With a little carelessness, the bottom was fried a little bit, and the picture looks even worse. But fortunately, it's just dark in color, it doesn't taste mushy, on the contrary, it doesn't have a burnt smell. . . .
Refreshing and not greasy. . . "

Cabbage Pancakes

1. Ingredients: 150g cabbage, 1 egg, 25g flour, salt, water, black pepper, green onion

2. Wash and shred cabbage,

3. Knock the eggs into a bowl, add salt and black pepper to beat.

5. Pour in shredded cabbage and mix well.

6. Add a little water to adjust the thinness.

7. Pour oil in the pan and heat it up,

8. Pour in the cabbage paste and spread into a cake.

9. Put the lid on and simmer for a few minutes.

10. Turn it over and fry the other side.

11. Slightly burnt on the surface, snap into the plate,

12. Sprinkle with chopped green onions and serve while hot.

Tips:

The amount of flour can be added according to your preference. If there is more flour, you need to add more water.
Use a small fire when frying, so as to avoid external coke and internal growth.
