Cabbage Pie

Prepare: eggs, flour, cabbage.

Wash and chop cabbage, put a little salt in a container, and wait for 20 minutes before adding eggs.

Add a spoonful of dried shrimp skin powder, an appropriate amount of flour (a small amount of multiple additions), and mix well.

Stir until a slightly viscous batter as shown in the figure β.

Pour a little vegetable oil into the pan, and pour into the batter when the oil is hot.
