Cabbage Salad
1.
Wash the cabbage and cut it into strips.

Add salt and stir evenly and let it stand for a while.
3.
Add light soy sauce and stir well.
4.
Add sesame oil.
5.
Stir well, sprinkle with black sesame seeds and enjoy.
Tips:
1. Cabbage does not need to be blanched, just add less pickling.
2. Condiments are added according to personal taste.
