Cabbage Shrimp Noodles

Remove the feet of the shrimp and remove the shrimp thread with the back open.

A piece of cabbage leaf is cut lengthwise from the middle and then cut into sections. Cut ginger slices and set aside.

Pour olive oil into the pot and put it into the ginger frying pot.

Pour in the cabbage and stir fry for a while until the cabbage is broken.

Pour in water, then add shrimp and scallops and simmer over medium heat.

Add the noodles after boiling. When the noodles are cooked, add some light soy sauce to taste, and add a little sesame oil to enhance the flavor before they are out of the pan.
