Cabbage Soup with Mushroom Meat Slices

1. Wash seafood mushrooms and set aside.

2. Wash baby vegetables and cut into sections.

3. Finely chop chives and garlic.

4. Cut the foreleg meat into thin slices, add a little corn oil and stir well.

5. Pour oil into the pot, heat it up on high heat, add minced garlic and stir up the aroma.

6. Pour baby cabbage and stir fry.

7. Stir-fry the baby cabbage until soft, pour in boiling water and cook for 1 minute.
