Cabbage Tofu Soup

Prepare a box of lactone tofu and 200g Chinese cabbage

Pick and wash the cabbage
3.
Chopped bok choy
4.
Cut tofu into evenly sized cubes

Put an appropriate amount of water in the pot, add the broth to a boil

Add tofu cubes

Boil on low heat
8.
Add chopped cabbage and blanch it to emerald green
9.
Add water starch to thicken, drop in sesame oil, and it can be out of the pot
Tips:
1. The tofu is very tender. Put it in the pot and change the heat to low. Don't stir it with a spatula. You can gently shake the pot
2. The cabbage will be cooked after blanching it
3. It's okay without broth
4. The sesame oil should be put in the last, it tastes fragrant
