Cabbage Vermicelli

Wash the cabbage heart and set aside.

The vermicelli is soaked in cold water first.

Cut the cabbage into three pieces vertically. Divide the soft and thick parts into two or three pieces.

Cut the silk.

The chopped cabbage is placed in a pot.

Cut the tenderloin into thin strips, add soy sauce and cooking wine to marinate for ten minutes, heat up the pan with oil, fry the shredded pork, add chili oil and fry until fragrant.
