My family likes to eat rice dumplings. This time I added fruit pieces in it. The taste is not only sweet but also bright in color, soft and delicious!

Ingredients

Cai Zong

1. Soak large yellow rice and glutinous rice in water for more than 24 hours in advance

2. Boil the zongzi leaves and malian in hot water, and press the three zongzi leaves one by one

3. Fold into a funnel shape

4. Put the fruit at the bottom

5. Filled with glutinous rice

6. Hold on to the tiger’s mouth with your right hand

7. Cover the glutinous rice with excess zongzi leaves

8. Unscrew the tail a few times

9. Wrapped in Malian

10. Tie a live button

11. Wrap each zongzi in turn

12. Put it in a pressure cooker and fill it with water. If the rice dumplings are not over, cook for one hour

13. Cooked

14. Isn't it beautiful?

Tips:

You can put other ingredients in the zongzi. According to your own preferences, the glutinous rice should not be soaked for less than 24 hours. The longer the time, the softer the glutinous rice. Change the water halfway
