Several slices of cabbage, 1/5 carrot, 1 coriander leaf, Kewpie roasted sesame salad dressing, a little white sesame

Wash the cabbage, remove the head, cut into filaments, put it in boiling water and blanch until it is dead, remove it, and control the moisture

Cut the carrots into half-round slices and finely chop the coriander. Surround the sides with carrots, put the cabbage shreds in the center, and sprinkle the top with coriander. Drizzle with salad sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Tips:
When the cabbage is blanched until it is cut off, it will rise immediately, keeping the crispy taste.
Before putting it into the dish, try to control the moisture as much as possible to prevent the accumulation of water in the dish from affecting the quality.
