Fried Egg and Bamboo Shoots

Put the flour out, knead the dough smoothly with warm water and let stand for 10 minutes. Rub the strips and cut them into small pieces, and roll them out into cakes. Discoloration on both sides of a small fire.

Peel and shred the green bamboo shoots and radish.

Add ginger and stir fry until fragrant.

Add shredded radish and stir well.

Add green onion and garlic and stir fry to create a fragrance.

Add the cabbage gang and green bamboo shoots, stir-fry, add salt and pepper, stir-fry, add a little water.

Put in the cake shreds and cover and simmer for 30 seconds, then turn off the heat.

Add eggs, light soy sauce, vinegar and sesame oil and mix thoroughly.

Fried pancakes.

Tips:
Warm water for kneading
