Cake Bread

Separate egg whites and egg yolks for later use, add milk, corn oil and 5 grams of sugar to a small pot

Whip with a manual whisk to emulsify

Add an egg yolk and beat evenly with a manual whisk

Add the sieved mixture of low powder and cocoa powder, draw a zigzag shape and mix well

Add egg yolks in portions and beat them evenly

Stir everything and put aside for later

Add one-third of the egg whites with sugar and beat with a whisk at high speed

Add one-third of the sugar to the coarse froth and change the whisk to medium speed

In the wet foaming state, add the remaining sugar and beat at low speed until dry foaming

Take one-third of the egg white to the egg yolk paste and stir evenly with a silicone knife

Add the stirred egg yolk paste to the remaining egg whites and use a silicone knife to draw a J shape and stir evenly

Pour into the baking tray and shake

Put the upper tube at 165°C and the lower tube at 180°C. Adjust the time to 20 minutes. After baking, take it out and let it cool.

Put the bread ingredients in the bucket of the bread machine and select the dough program. The chocolate beans will be placed at the end of the second dough mixing three minutes.

At the end of the program, turn off the program and let the dough continue to ferment to twice its size. After the fermentation is over, use your finger to poke a hole in the middle to check the fermentation status. It does not shrink or collapse to prove that the fermentation is complete

Take out the dough to exhaust

Roll out the bar

Cut the cake into 6 equal pieces and put them together on the rolled dough

Put it in the bread machine bucket

Select the fermentation and thawing program, the default is 1 hour, after the fermentation, select the baking program to change the time to 32 minutes

After baking, take it out and let cool
Tips:
When you bake the cake, you can start mixing the dough, so that the cake is cold and the dough is almost fermented.
