I like cakes and breads. I haven’t tried the double-textured cake bread. I want to try it on a whim today. What kind of texture the bread and cake will be when they are married? 1. Separate egg whites and egg yolks for later use, add milk, corn oil and 5 grams of sugar to a small pot

14. Put the bread ingredients in the bucket of the bread machine and select the dough program. The chocolate beans will be placed at the end of the second dough mixing three minutes.

15. At the end of the program, turn off the program and let the dough continue to ferment to twice its size. After the fermentation is over, use your finger to poke a hole in the middle to check the fermentation status. It does not shrink or collapse to prove that the fermentation is complete

Tips:
