Last time I used the cake machine to make original small cakes, and they were welcomed by my family. Today I added some cocoa powder. I used the self-raising powder given by the machine. The effect is better than the original small cakes last time That one is more fluffy, and I personally like darker foods. If you don't have self-raising powder, you can use low powder plus one gram of aluminum-free baking powder instead.

Cake Machine Cocoa Cakes

1. First prepare the ingredients: 80 grams of self-raising powder, 20 grams of cocoa powder, 30 grams of rice oil, 30 grams of milk, 70 grams of white sugar, 170 grams of eggs (peeled)

2. Weigh 30 grams of milk and 30 grams of rice oil into a bowl

3. Whisk with your hands until the milk and oil are fused into a milky white

4. Weigh 80 grams of self-raising powder and 20 grams of cocoa powder, sieve three times with flour

5. 170 grams of egg liquid weighed and put into the inner tank of the cook machine

6. Then add 70 grams of white sugar

7. After that, I used the cook machine to beat the egg mixture. I beat it for about 7 minutes.

8. Send it until the toothpick is inserted into the egg batter to a depth of one centimeter and the toothpick can stand upright.

9. Sift the sifted cocoa flour into the egg batter three times, stir evenly with the mixing method, and add the next time

10. Stir the egg batter and add the oil and milk mixture and mix well

11. When the cake maker is preheating, use a brush to brush a layer of oil in the cake mold

12. Then scoop the cake batter into the cake mold to be ninety full

13. Cover and heat

14. After the heating lamp lights up, open the lid and tie the cake with a toothpick. When it is pulled out, there is no cake batter, which means it is cooked. You can take it out and let it cool for storage.

Tips:

1 If there is no self-raising powder, you can use low powder plus one gram of baking powder instead.
2Because I like the bitter taste of cocoa, I don't add much sugar. If you like sweet ones, just add more sugar.
3 Cocoa powder and flour must be sifted several times.
4 The oil and milk must be beaten and blended before use.
