Prepare ingredients

Separate egg yolk and egg white

Pour the milk, noodle passion fruit juice, and oil separately and stir evenly.

Sift the flour and pour it in and mix well until there is no dry powder.

Add the egg whites and sugar to beat

Beat the egg whites until they don't fall off.

Add the egg yolk paste to the meringue three times and mix well.

Stir evenly, pour it into a baking tray, preheat the oven at 160°C, and bake for 20 minutes. (The temperature is adjusted according to your own oven)
9.
After it's out of the oven, it will be rolled up and shaped until it is not hot.
