Cake Sandwich Bread

Put the whole egg liquid, milk, sugar, salt, and high-gluten flour into the bread bucket in turn, and pour the yeast liquid on top of the high-quality flour (mix the yeast with water and mix thoroughly).

Stir with chopsticks until there is no dry powder, start the kneading program for 20 minutes.

Add the softened butter and start the kneading program again for 20 minutes.

Cover the bread bucket with plastic wrap, let it ferment to twice its size in a humid and warm place, take it out and let it awake.

The cake baked the day before, cut into long slices.

Take a piece of dough, roll it out into a piece that is longer than the cake slice and three times the width, and put some dried cranberries on top of the cake slice.

Put a piece of cake on top, as shown in the picture, wrap the cake on the left and right sides.

Put it in a humid and warm place to ferment. After fermenting, brush the egg mixture and sprinkle some dried cranberries.

Preheat the oven at 170°C and bake at 170°C for 15 minutes.
