California Walnut Banana Cake

Use one end of a rolling pin to mash the banana into a puree

Beat the eggs, then add to the mashed banana and beat evenly

Add salt and sugar

Whisk evenly with a whisk

Add salad oil and continue to mix evenly

Sift in low powder and baking powder, stir with a spatula

Add the milk into the mold, put it in the preheated 180 degree oven, heat up and down in the middle layer, and bake for about 30 minutes

After mixing into a uniform cake batter, add in crushed California walnuts

Pour into the mold coated with a thin layer of oil to prevent sticking

In order to look good, I added some chopped walnuts on the surface, then put it in the preheated 180 degree oven, the middle layer was heated up and down, and baked for about 30 minutes
Tips:
1. Don't use raw bananas, it's best to use ripe ones, which have a stronger taste;
2. This cake contains a lot of mashed bananas, so the cake inside is soft and moist after baking;
3. The walnuts can be roasted in the oven first to make them more fragrant;
4. It is best to coat the inner wall of the cake mold with a layer of butter for easy demoulding.
