Stir-fry evenly, add sesame oil to the pan, stir-fry once, stir-fry evenly, I fry twice, the first time is cooking oil, the second time is sesame oil, in order to increase the aroma, but also to color, personally think the first One step is useless and is not recommended. It is better to fry it twice and color it.

Let cool after frying. If there is a sieve, go through the sieve. If not, use your hands or a shovel to break up the small lumps.
