This is the way to cool the noodles in my bedroom when I was in school. It’s simple and delicious.

Ingredients

Campus Noodles

1. Cold noodles bought in the market.

2. Soak in cold water for about 1 hour. If the soaking time is short, cook it for a while longer.

3. Boil water, add the noodles, and cook until soft (be sure to stir with chopsticks when cooking, otherwise it will stick. Control the softness, too soft, it will break. Generally soft, soak in cold water, the noodles will become hard). Remove and soak in cold water.

4. Prepare garlic chili sauce.

5. Prepare side dishes, you can add them yourself, put eggs, beef, spicy cabbage, etc.

6. Drain the noodles, add shredded cucumber, persimmon slices, and chopped green onion.

7. Pour the hot sauce.
