Candied Bananas.

Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces of similar size.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add flour, starch, and a little salad oil.

Add water and stir to form a uniform batter.

Pat the banana chunks evenly with a little dry starch.

Pour oil in the pot and heat to 70% heat.

Batter the banana chunks covered with starch evenly.
7.
Put it in a pot and fry slowly over low heat.

After frying, drain the oil with a colander.

Leave a little oil in the bottom pan, add an appropriate amount of sugar and fry the sugar color.
10.
Pour in the fried banana chunks and coat them evenly with mashed sugar before being out of the pan.
