Candied Bread

Noodles, eggs, milk, yeast and dough are fermented. The preserved fruit is chopped and placed inside.

The dough has fermented. After 2 hours.

Divide the dough and knead it into small bread rolls.

Proof for 15 minutes before entering the oven. Then preheat the oven for 3 minutes. Set the upper and lower firepower of the oven to 180 degrees.

The oven is hot in 3 minutes. Put the bread in the oven and bake for 18 minutes.

The candied bread is baked.
