Candied Lemon

2 lemons.

After washing, rub the epidermis vigorously with salt to clean the surface.

Slice the lemon into thin slices.

Add some sugar to a clean, dry bowl.

Put a slice of lemon down.

And so on. All marinated lemons. Close the lid and shake it evenly.

So it's marinated. It can be put in the refrigerator. Used to soak water when eating.
Tips:
Plastic containers cannot be used for lemons. Use clean, water-free ceramic or glass containers.
