Candied Palm

Soak the zong leaves with warm water, wash the rice, and unpack the candied dates for later use.

Wrap the zongzi one by one as shown in the figure.

Cut off the extra branches and leaves in the wrapped zongzi, put it in a pressure cooker, add water, put it on the stove and cook for about 40 minutes.

It's edible.
Tips:
The quality of the zong leaves I bought this time is a bit not good. I usually pack one zongzi with one zong leaf. This time I usually use two stacks to wrap it. Just put 2-3 candied dates in one zongzi.
Some people like to soak the rice before wrapping, but the unsoaked taste is more Q, and it will be more chewy when it is cold. I like it better.
