1. Purple sweet potato peeled and cut into pieces

2. Sliced purple sweet potato coated with starch

3. Deep-fry purple sweet potato at 60% oil temperature

4. Fry over low heat until cooked thoroughly and remove

5. Pour a little water into the pot and add some sugar
