Candied Red Bean Rice

Wash the red beans and soak in water for 1 hour, add water to the electric rice cooker and cook for 8 to mature.

Add the pan-washed rice, add the candied dates, adjust the amount of water [usually the amount of water used for simmering rice] and press the simmering button.
3.
Simmer for another 10 minutes after pressing the button.
