Candied Taro

Taro can be cut into pieces, according to personal preference, cut into any pieces.

Boil in oil pan for about 5 minutes, add taro and fry on medium heat.

How to judge whether the taro is cooked: Press lightly with chopsticks. If you can easily pass through the taro block, it means it is cooked. Remove the taro chunks and strain the oil.

After the oil in the pot is poured out, add a bowl of water to the pot, add ginger slices, add white sugar after the water is boiled, keep stirring on low heat, and wait until the syrup begins to thicken.

Pour in the fried taro cubes and stir fry quickly until the syrup on the surface of the taro is brushed. Turn off the heat.

Eat it while it's hot, the drawing effect is only when it's warm.

Ginger is my favorite taste, you can leave it alone if you don’t like it
