Candied Yam Gnocchi

Ingredients: 70 grams of flour, 5 candied dates, 130 grams of yam (washed and peeled), flour, sugar

Place the cleaned and peeled yam on the chopping board and chop up, set aside.

Place the candied dates on the chopping board and chop them.

Put the cut yam and candied dates in the flour.

Then, add 2 spoons of sugar.

Add an appropriate amount of water.

Season and mix well to form a batter of candied dates and yam.

Next, use chopsticks to pick up some mixed candied dates and yam batter and put it on a greased plate.

Then, put it in a steamer, cover and steam over high heat for 10 minutes.
