Pour the yogurt and egg liquid into the cooker's tank.

Add flour and dry yeast on top.

After mixing the dough into a dough, add butter and knead again until the dough is smooth.

Divide the dough into three portions, each of 70 grams for the two small doughs and 170 for the large dough, and let it rest for 15 minutes. After the big dough is rolled out, cut a part of the custard filling and put it in the middle, put QQ sugar on both sides, and knead the dough.

Place the stuffed dough in the center of the candy mold, with small dough on both sides.

Put a bowl of boiling water in the oven and leave the dough to rise for 40 minutes to increase its volume. Before baking, brush a layer of egg liquid on the surface of the bread and bake at 170 degrees for 25 minutes.
Tips:
1. Although it is a one-time fermentation method, the bread is soft because of the addition of yogurt.
2. The amount of this formula is just full of the candy mold. If it is 250 grams of high powder, the mold will not fit and the dough will overflow.
